Candidates must apply via: ************* About the Role AVECRIS is seeking a Virtual + Physical Executive Assistant who is physically based in Singapore. Approximaely *************% of the work will be virtual. The rest will be onsite. In this role, you will be assisting the management team on any needs that may arise in the normal course of their job responsibilties. This role will be based in Singapore. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Bill set up and payment Following up on outstanding projects and tasks Expense invoicing Bookeeping and accounting Drafting communications Scheduling Calendar management of key stakeholders Digitizing and automating routine tasks Liaising with external parties on behalf of management Price comparison research Liaising with internal parties such as accounting, finance and HR Online research Travel booking Personal assistant responsibilties and errands Replying to government and regulatory filings QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Must be able to use Xero accounting software Must have basic accounting and financial statement proficiency (non-negotiable) High productivity skills and habits Excellent command of the English language Dependable, reliable, high personal standards, high integrity, highly responsive Able to multi-task Meticulous, organised and good attention to detail Digital native Paperless work-style Able to work in a fast paced, intense, demanding work environment Able to adapt to technology use Experienced in tech productivity software and services, such as Teams, DocSend, Docusign, etc. Quick learner, positive, cheerful attitude Able to work independently and possesses strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Periodic round the clock working hours is required due to executive's international travel schedule and time zone differences. This role does not adhere to a local (Singapore) 9 to 5 work schedule PLEASE NOTE You must have a valid work pass / employment pass / eligibility for Singapore. You must currently be resident in Singapore. Selected candidates will have to record a short one way video interview as the first step in the hiring process.
