YOUR ROLE
The Executive Assistant will provide executive level support for two of our most senior leaders at Henkel – the President of Henkel NA/Head of NA Finance and the Senior Vice President, General Manufacturing & MRO Adhesive Technologies North America. Primary responsibilities will be to provide outstanding administrative support for the leaders as well as limited support for others on the leadership teams.
- Execute tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Manage leaders’ calendar and email, ensuring timeliness and completeness
- Provide financial support on a department/project level, handling POs, requisitions, and invoices
- Make business travel arrangements, prepare travel expenses for leadership
- Manage and support internal communications
- Help prepare and format presentations for executive level meetings utilizing PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Manage internal and external meeting logistics & coordination including arranging facilities, caterers, sending information and/or invitations.
- Manage and plan Rocky Hill site events (summer picnic and holiday celebration)
- Coordinate annual Sales Leadership Conference within the United States which is a multiple day event including numerous activities for 200+ guests. Attend conference to oversee all events.
- Inspire trust of all stakeholders (team, peers, cross functionals, leaders, etc.) and ensures highest level of confidentiality.
- The environment is fast-paced and the person in this role will need to be proactive, hardworking, highly organized, and an independent critical thinker
YOUR SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills (presentation and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Effective project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other functional groups
- Minimum 5+ years experience in fast moving industry and/or related field
- Proven track record in effectively supporting executive level leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- This role is based in Rocky Hill CT, hybrid work arrangement an option with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office
The salary for this role is $65,000.00 – 85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
