The Executive Assistant will be providing the necessary administrative support to the Capital Markets team. The position requires a high degree of organizational and communication skills, coordinating internally amongst treasury, legal and construction to provide timely and accurate information to external constituencies such as outside counsel, buyers counsel, and sale leaseback counterparties. This position will play a key role in building and deploying quantitative models for senior leadership to make well informed decisions regarding capital structures and risk levels. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the completion of sale leaseback transactions and subsequent funding draws.
• Organize and populate transactions, with Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s construction team.
• Order diligence items in accordance with deal timelines and track invoicing.
• Track diligence deliverables requested by purchasing counterparties on the initial sale.
• Assemble and process monthly and quarterly draw requests for reverse build to suit transactions.
• Provide counterparties with officer signed quarterly site-level financials, as well as audited financials.
• Administer property management database.
• Administrative support for M&A.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• At least 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Intermediate (or better) Excel skills.
• The ability to communicate orally and in writing regarding financial performance.
• Experience in a capital markets role with a bank, investment company, or large corporation preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve objectives.
• A degree from a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Bachelors or Masters in: Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.

• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
