As the largest independent communications agency in the world, the leadership team oversees the management of all the firm’s global footprint, service offer and ambitions for growth. The Executive Coordinator will support on key operational commitments, such as the Board and Executive Leadership Team, the firm’s reputation and positioning work (in partnership with numerous other teams and functions), and the management of the executives' commitments and priorities.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
- Support with briefing requests & Executive needs ahead of meetings, briefings, and events
- Support and shape presentations and communications at the direction of the Executive
- Support with key content pieces, as needed
- Support Executive with calendar management, itineraries, car services, reservations, and everyday scheduling
- Facilitates Executive's calendar by keeping track of meetings in partnership with other Executives
- Organize files for the Executive's office – records, notes, communications, etc.
- Support with special projects, as directed by the Executive
- Maintain contacts for Executive
- Responsible for entering weekly time for the Executive
- Understand the business goals of the firm and help implement strategies within Integrated Solutions to achieve those goals
- Build strong internal relationships across the network
- Drive best practice sharing across both systems and processes and come with ideas to create new and innovate processes for success
- Organize in-person leadership meetings, managing agenda, content, logistics and all other aspects of the event in conjunction with UEG
This role will require a full-time, in-office schedule (five days / week).
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong process and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – note essential copywriting and English skills needed
- Strong knowledge of the Edelman network
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite, and able to bring creative professionalism to all documents and work
- Smart management of priorities and tasks and driving 100% products all the time

PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $100,000
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
