Job description
You will engage in the day-to-day operations and administration pertaining to the Medical Reports Unit. You will handle medical report applications and respond to enquiries from patients/third party requestors. You will work with various departments to coordinate such processes. You will need to maintain effective processes for the retrieval and archival of medical reports and relevant patient records. You are also responsible for the submission of MediClaim diagnosis codes. You will need to supervise a small team of staff, monitor and review work processes to ensure that operational efficiency, key performance indicators and service quality objectives are met. You will also be involved in initiatives/projects that enhance work processes, systems and records archival. The suitable candidate will be offered employment on 2-year contractual terms.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree with relevant working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates with supervisory and/or records management work experience will have an advantage
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
