The LFS Group is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician! The Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for completing installation, service and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems while working to meet our customers’ HVAC needs with integrity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE):

• Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in a commercial and industrial setting
• Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various commercial systems including packaged rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Provide technical support in the field to other technicians
• Travel as needed
• Troubleshoot BAS controls and systems

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 10+ years of experience in the HVAC field
• EPA Certification

Ability to provide technical support and mentor technicians

• Excellent written, verbal and listening interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, etc
• Niagara Certification/Advanced Controls knowledge or other advanced industry training
• Clean MVR
• OSHA-10

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry items 50lbs
• Standing for extended periods and ability to climb stairs/ladders as needed
• Regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, twist upper body, stretch and occasionally sit
• Field environment and hazards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
