Experienced Residential Property manager- Annual Salary $70-75K with Bonus Potential
- Prefer Prior experience with Condo Association & High Rise building management
- Supervise onsite teams- set and oversee performance goals
- Experince with collaborating with vendors and maintenace teams
- Ability to formulate and manage annual budget including knowlege of budget preparation to include CapEx budget
- Available for occassional after work requirements
