Job Description:

The SC Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of Cyber Security Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Programs across all supply chain business functions and HPE suppliers and partners. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with Global cybersecurity, Strategic sourcing, Engineering management, Chief Technology Office, Legal and other stakeholders to implement program and to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Work can involve external parties such as standards bodies, partners, etc. Integrate threat and intelligence information, government and industry cyber security requirements, and corporate cyber security policy to identify a coherent set of policies and practices. Communicate policies and practices, including training, as needed.

• Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the Cybersecurity Programs development and implementation process for operations, supply chain organizaiton..

• Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Global Business Unit.

• Define business appropriate C-SCRM standards and policies

• Align standards, frameworks and cyber security with corporate IT cyber security, overall business and technology strategy

• Determines cyber security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; studying architecture/platform;identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates.

• Execute compliance checks on internal and external partner operations. Oversee remediation to ensure known cyber security risks are appropriately managed.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects

• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.

• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organization.

• Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.

• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.

• Typically 10+ years experience.

• Project Management experience (mandatory).

• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

• CISSP,CISA, preferred.

• Strong understanding of Cyber and IT security risks, threats and prevention measures.

• Solidsecurity system analysis, risk assessment and management skills.

• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices.

• Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

• Understanding of government and industry standards such as relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, NIST CSF, ISO27001, COBIT, DFARS

• Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.

• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English, with ability to be the enterprise cyber security subject matter expert who can explain technical topics to those without a technical background.
