This is a full-time management level position responsible for oversight and management of assigned projects related to facility acquisition and management. Position will serve as point of contact, ensure projects are completed on time, meets all goals and objectives and are within budgetary requirements. Position manages housing buildings, including HUD properties, and oversees facility audits. Position will maintain contracts related to facility management ensuring all are current and approved by the appropriate parties.

At least five years’ experience in a leadership position in facilities project management. Prior experience in working with architects and contractors required as well as experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating systems. Bachelor’s degree in a business field preferred.
