Position Summary

Our Fiber Technicians are responsible for completing neat and accurate cable splicing and testing, including fiber optic and copper, to assist in coordinating the details of fiber splicing contract jobs, and to lead portions of projects.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• One or more years of fiber splicing experience
• One or more years experience of installation, repair, disconnection of various communication services
• Knowledge of fiber optic theories, telecommunications network structures, and construction maps
• Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Additional preferred qualifications::

• Associate degree in telecommunications, electronics, or related

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

This position can be located in New Hope, MN.
