Title: Finance Executive

Location: McPherson Road, Singapore

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full set of accounts with finance team members
• Work closely with the finance team and customer service team to carry out daily operations
• Maintaining books and records in compliance with group and local accounting standards;
• Liaise, coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audit and tax matters
• Coordinate with customer service team for warehouse management to perform physical stocktake annually
• Support in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Participate in EPR project enhancement and ongoing support; act as ERP coordinator
• Handle ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting preferred
• At least 5 years' accounting experience
• Excellent PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word & Accounting Software, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is definite advantage
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting is an added advantage
• MNC Experiences is preferable
• Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Problem-solving aptitude and “can-do” attitude
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate who is available on immediate notice is preferred.
