Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible to ensure local and IFRS accounting treatment of all transactions within the manufacturing site are made in a timely and accurate manner. He/she will report to the Finance Manager, Accounting & Taxes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in handling full set of accounts including all transactions under AR/AP/GL and asset accounting for relevant registered entites

• Execute invoice entries, bank transactions, receipts, journal entries using the SAP system

• Review all employee expenses in CONCUR and ensure correct mapping of Account, GL, cost center and amount in SAP

• Ensure invoice transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner

• Assist monthly payment run for third parties, inter-companies and employees in according to payment schedule and liquidity

• Assist to calculate the IC cross charges and billings to inter-companies, wherever necessary

• Assist in month end closing process for 3 registered entites

• Responsible for the whole closing process for one of the registered entity

• Assist in successful completion of audit requirements (GST and statutory) with external auditors

• Assist in annual stock take

• Other duties as directed

  
  

Your Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles and procedures
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and taxes (Production controlling experience will be an added advantage)
• Preferably technology savvy in excel, power point presentation and good knowledge of accounting and reporting software, especially SAP FICO module
• Meticulous, diligent and an excellent team player
