JOB OVERVIEW:

Due to growth Anthony's Goods, who is owned by ACH Food Companies, Inc. has a Finance Manager position open. Anthony's Goods is the go-to shop for delicious, reasonable and healthy organic flours, vegan foods, whole-grain snacks and many other natural goods. The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the financial planning and reporting needs of Anthony's Goods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, report and present annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly results to internal stakeholders, including variance analysis with illustrative commentary
• Analyze working capital variation to identify main drivers for improvement and optimization.
• Coordinate monthly closing, budget and quarterly forecast with corporate accounting and company's stakeholders.
• Analyze COGS to convey cost evolution and variations for all inputs such as ingredients, packaging, labor, and shipping costs
• Perform margin and profitability analysis by SKU to explain changes for each product
• Evaluate product costing by defining bill of materials by SKU, cost allocation to products and shrink on inputs to mitigate gaps between production and inventory
• Validate online sales fees to mitigate reoccurring expenses
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support as requested, e.g. costing on innovation, customer and product pricing decisions
• Actively participate in projects, such as system implementations, process automation, etc.
• Adheres to established internal controls such as payroll and expense approval

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or related field, MBA and/or CPA a plus.
• 7+ years financial and/or accounting experience. Finance experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or general business
• Advanced user knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
• Advanced user knowledge of enterprise software such as SAP.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Quickbooks.
• Sequel or other report writing skills a plus.
• Ability to travel 10-15%
