The Finance Manager will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the financial department including; general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash recording & reconciliation, tax and compliance reporting, ERP & financial systems, dealing with outside auditors and internal controls & processes.

• Review financial statements accuracy every month-end and ensure timely reporting.
• Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization.
• Assists with preparations for audits and maintain high levels of controls working together with shared service center.
• Work with shared service center reviewing accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Ensures compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable USA and State regulations.
• Support the management of shared service team regarding their daily tasks and month end reporting deadlines.
• Coordinates with and prepares reports for local Controller, Regional Controller and upper management.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field (master’s preferred)
• CPA or CMA preferred
• At least 7+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled in math, accounting and financial processes
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
• Excellent critical thinking skills
