How You Will Achieve It
General
- Partner effectively in a team environment to deliver quality finance services to the PGS business
- Act as the main liaison between site/FS/PGS on questions/issues relating to financial systems or processes for assigned BU and LE, Perform ad hoc support as required.
- Represent Centre of Excellence (APAC) in Global Process Teams and to lead/participate in standardisation of processes across regions
- Perform Project role on partnering with various functions within the organization to drive continuous improvements if required
Compliance
- Supports compliance activities relating to RCM & SOP updates
- Supports Internal / External Audit for PGS sites
- Supports FCPA compliance across the PGS sites from a finance perspective
- Supports system Access Review processes
Month End Close Processes
- Processes month end processes for period close
- Manage the accounting operations including month end accruals, monthly review and variance analysis of expenses for various business units (BU).
- Ensures all BS reconciliations submitted to Cadency for approval within the required timeframe.
- Close monitoring and follow up on financial related matters relating to various BUs and legal entities (LE).
Reporting
- Complete Balance Sheet commentaries at quarter end as required
- Reconciles local results with Hyperion
- Manages all restructuring financial processes and reporting.
- Performs value add analytical review of spend and trends.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Degree in Accounting (B.Acc/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with Singapore Chartered Accountant preferred
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and financial reporting aspects
- Proven analytical skills and can understand and interpret data
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to create and manage spreadsheets, tables and presentations

Fully complete Covid-19 vaccination and could provide official medical certificate
Nice-to-Have
- Proven experience in improving quality, performance or processes in previous assignments or projects
- Strength in organizational skills
- Experience in a Finance Center of Excellence
- Experience in Auditing or compliance area
