Overview

Position is responsible for significant portions of consolidated results of the Company including the accuracy of eliminating entries for the global reporting structure and the accuracy of financial statements. The position will work with global finance staff members to establish policies and procedures that are consistent with US GAAP, International standards and the expectations of Company management. The position will also interact with various levels of management on special projects including activities related to mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2 years experience, preferably with Manufacturing environment exposure.
• International experience preferred.
• Strong computer and communication (oral and written) skills.
• OneStream product experience preferred.
• Willingness to attain a CPA preferred.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting package for senior management and Board of Directors. Specifically, the responsibilities include assistance with the consolidation and elimination process, review of financial statements and monthly variance analysis (Business Unit/region specific).
• Responsibility for the development and maintenance of worldwide corporate accounting policies and procedures, including the review and documentation of existing policies, compliance audits of foreign entities and updates of policies as necessary.
• Assist with technical accounting research and support for the global accounting team. This includes the review, interpretation and implementation of new GAAP standards, publishing training aids and conducting training sessions for staff and monitoring convergence of international standards with US GAAP.
• Assist with yearly external audit and coordinate global audit activities.
• Assist with the completion of the annual report including research and support for new financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
