ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – CONTRACT [QUOTE JOB CODE: AC-19671116-JC01agy]

We are actively looking for Account Executive (3 to 6 months contract duration); to support on AP or AR and year-end closing.

5-Day Work Week
Mon to Fri: Office Hours
Location: West

FIXED ASSET EXECUTIVE – CONTRACT 18-MTH

We are actively looking for a Fixed Asset Executive on 18 months contract duration; to provide leadership and ensure proper and financial reporting of Fixed Assets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and update fixed asset policies and procedures to meet accounting standards
Identify and drive areas of workflow process improvement
Advise and guide internal stakeholders on Fixed Asset workflow process
Prepare year end reporting and auditing schedules
Review and ensure the postings of Depreciation is complete and reconciled with the Fixed Asset Register
Ensure correct capitalization of Fixed Assets transferred from the development projects and perform quarterly reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely capture of data and information for internal/external reporting
Review and analyze data to enhance internal controls of Fixed Assets
Conduct annual training for End Users
Administration and system access to SAP
Participate in projects and assignments as and when assigned

Requirement:
Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent awarded by a recognised University
3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
Good technical knowledge of IFRS and Fixed Assets Depreciation Rates
Familiar with SAP Financial system is an advantage.
Analytical, meticulous and resourceful
A positive mindset, mature and good interpersonal skills
Eloquent and writes well
A team player who can work independently
