To assist the Florist Shop Manager and Senior Florists with their duties, customer service and professionally executing floral orders.

• Follow all health & safety procedures
• Report all known or observed hazards to management in a timely manner
• Ensure displays are up to Bliss standards
• Water and maintain all plants, floral decorations, and flowers
• Ensure that all designs meet required Bliss Flower Boutique standards
• Assist with loading or unloading of flowers and props from vehicles as and when required
• Perform cashiering duties when requested by the management
• Share innovative ideas with the management to improve the quality of products and service
• Ensure good relations with internal departments, clients, and vendors
• Advise clients on possible flower combinations
• Prepare occasion-specific flower arrangements
• Carefully arrange palatable bouquets
• Monitor all flower vase inventory and counts for breakage or loss and immediately report to senior florist/manager
• Package clients' flowers carefully to prevent damages
• Instruct clients on suitable transporting and flower feeding processes
• Train and develop junior florist and any newcomers
• Assist with events if required by senior management
  

Qualifications

• Awareness of the floristry industry and knowledge on the flowers, greenery, color combinations and styles
• Min 2 years in similar role
• Fluent in spoken and written English
