Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for a full time Food & Nutrition Supervisor. Job duties include directing staff, overseeing the evening shift kitchen, closing the kitchen, answering the phone, meeting resident's nutritional needs, scheduling staff and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate would have some experience in food service, health care food service preferred. Serve Safe Certification preferred. The hours are both on first (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and second shift (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) and would work every other weekend. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and 401(k).
