Job description

Jungle Land is an indoor all inclusive playground designed for children 0-8 years old. We will be opening at the end of August (exact date TBD) in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities:

· Greets guests upon entering with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions

· Answering phones, checking in guests, and informing customers about our loyalty program and memberships

· Keeps all coordinators promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action

· Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, managers, and owners

· Ensures that all children and adults adhere to facility policies as outlined and informs owner of any issues

· Must be able to clean all play areas and other surfaces of the playground areas/party/café area, bathrooms throughout the day and in between play sessions

· Thoroughly sanitizing play areas when closing for the day

· Assists with the setup and breakdown of special event functions as needed

· Assist with the planning of birthday parties, following up with families the week leading up to the event, going over all details and communicating details/party upgrades to the owner

Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Work independently and as a team

· Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift

· Organized; Ability to multitask

· Preferably 1-2 years working in customer service

· Weekend availability is a bonus but not required

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
