Our well known Early Childcare Center in Syosset is looking for a front desk liaison. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and providing overall customer service. You will also perform administrative tasks such as scheduling tours and meetings and be back up to assist teachers as needed. Candidates must have a positive attitude and offer a friendly and professional demeanor. The right person will also be eager to work in a collaborative, team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule tours
- maintain proper inventory of the front desk.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and faxing.
- Answer customer e-mail inquiries.
- Knowledge of word, excel, and publisher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
