Locally owned, nationwide Third Party Collections Company seeking experienced Third Party Collections Manager to oversee a team of 10-12 collectors in a fast paced call center environment in which enthusiasm and attention to detail is a must.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 Years of Collections Management Experience. This means working for a Collections Company, managing a team of collectors.

Day to day responsibilities include everything from training to disciplinary action with the ultimate goal of getting collectors to hit both their individual and team budget on a monthly basis. Strong knowledge and compliance with FDCPA and all other applicable laws is crucial! Also must be able to work alternating schedules, working as late as 8 p.m. as well as alternating Saturday mornings.

Compensation includes guaranteed Base Salary of $42k - $45k per year PLUS monthly bonus opportunity. Will also offer a signing bonus. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance along with Paid Time Off, Vacation, Paid Holidays and 401K!
