We are a fast-growing Texas funeral company looking for the best funeral directors to join our team.

We offer:

Salary range of $40k-$80k, with most of our funeral directors around the middle of the range.

Essential Functions of the Role:
The mission of the funeral director is to increase the number of families served by the home. The funeral director will:

Arrange, oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of funeral services while providing caring support and advice to the family and friends, all while creating and leading an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing case volume over time.

Must have a valid Texas funeral directors or funeral directors/embalmers license.
