We are looking for a team player to join our growing business to establish a Singapore Furniture Brand, your achievement & customer satisfaction is our success.

Job Scope:

• Actively seek out customers, to greet and thank warmly every walk-in customer.

• Provide pleasant, professional product advice to customer without hard selling.

• Identify needs to recommend appropriate products and promote product features.

• Tabulate feedback on customers preferences, questions and info on competitor’s product and pricing.

• Provide follow up on customer’s enquiries, deliveries, issues and payment matters.

• Design & update product price tags and promotion materials on displayed products.

• Ensure products are well displayed and maintain store cleanliness.

• Participate in ad hoc duties being assigned by managers.
  

Job Requirements:

v Able work weekends & retail hours (weekend 10am-7pm & weekdays 11am-8pm)

v Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

v Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

v Friendly, enthusiastic and pro-active personality.

v Able to focus multiple walk-ins and strong sales drive to close key products and cross sell other products.

v Interest to read up relevant product background and build knowledge to be able to give correct advice to customers.

v Minimum higher secondary, ‘N/O’ level certification or 1 Year retail sales experience.

v Competent in MS Office and able to use / learn Brochure Design Tools is a plus.

v Keen in Home Furnishing & Decoration knowledge is advantageous.
