Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent with a strong background in managing ground-up multi-level construction projects for the general contractor. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of ground-up multi-level commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Collaborate with project management team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget
- Manage and supervise onsite construction teams, including subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that all project documentation is properly managed and stored
- Attend regular meetings with project management team to provide updates on project progress, budget, and schedule
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, material, and equipment expenses, to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, identifying any potential issues or delays and recommending solutions to overcome them
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a focus on ground-up multi-level construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial projects from pre-construction to completion, on-time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions quickly
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
