BANG Development is a local Subway Franchise with 18 locations in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Silverdale. We are currently looking to add talented General Managers to our team. Compensation: General Manager wage starts at $19 per hour (starting wage could be higher depending on experience), plus tips. Our General Managers average up to $3.50 an hour more with tips.

As SUBWAY® General Manager, your leadership style will directly contribute to the success of your team. You will perform and direct overall restaurant management. Direct your staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. You will maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruit staff and oversee training at all levels. You will be responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective customers to promote sales. Manage food and labor cost. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Completes and posts the staff work schedules.

- Recruits, rewards and have performance conversation with staff as needed.

- Communicates, Train and Coach on Subway standards and procedures.

- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.

- Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.

- Analyzes business records to increase sales.

- Supports local and national marketing initiatives.

- Plans special events and promotions.

- Completes University of SUBWAY® courses as directed

Job Requirements:

-Have at least 1-2 years in restaurant management / team lead experience

-Be able to work 40 hours a week
