We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee operations of our two Colorado Front Range Pressure Washing locations. The right person for this position will have proven experience in formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, always improving processes, hiring and training employees, and monitoring financial activities for the company.

What You Will Do:

• Oversight of daily business operations
• Creation of operating budgets
• Analysis of accounting and financial data
• Researching and identifying growth opportunity
• Collaboration with Leadership Team and stakeholders to implement strategies and procedures
• Identifying industry trends to determine competitive positioning and inform strategic recommendations to optimize results
• Provide guidance on performance management, career coaching and progressive discipline -identify, develop, and implement progressive talent processes
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and initiatives as well as oversee and run the company safety programs.
• Provide guidance and training to management staff, aligning team initiatives with the company mission
• Leading team integration, and supporting employee culture
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the exterior services marketplace and market conditions to further develop overall business strategy
• Partnership with Leadership Team to achieve corporate forecast and revenue goals

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred
• 7+ years of experience in progressive management positions
• Strong Leadership ability
• The ability and eagerness to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must have a “roll up your sleeves” approach, be highly analytical and forward thinking.
• Proven success in the leadership and development of teams throughout multiple divisions of an organization.
• Direct experience with employee development initiatives
• Ability to grow, adapt and change to meet the needs of the business and it’s customers.
• An eagerness to come into work every day and help the team to improve on what we did the previous day.

What You Will Get:

• A full-time role with an annual salary in the $80,000 -$120,000 range as well as additional performance-based compensation, with excellent career development and progression possibilities in a rapidly growing organization
