Hardware Packer/Loader - Amarr - Shawnee, KS **$1,200 Sign-On Bonus

A hardware packer/loader will be responsible for accurately picking and loading hardware boxes. You must also be capable of learning and performing the duties of other entry level positions within the department to meet periodic job rotation requirements.

Responsibilities/Requirements include:

• Responsible for accurate picking and loading of hardware boxes
• Responsible for accurate quantities of hardware boxes made to complete daily work orders.
• Responsible for proper identification on the exterior of boxes/pallets
• Must be able to plan ahead, requires having material brought to department in a timely manner
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized
• Any other duties as required
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to compare numbers to a given standard
• Ability to identify and enter correct data into a computer
• Standing/Walking required throughout the entire shift
• Walking distance of 5-15 feet on a periodic basis during the shift, depending upon the position assigned
• Manual dexterity: Grip small objects to cut rubber and maneuver hands/wrists in repetitive motion consistently
• Must be able safely work with another team member to carry or lift door panels or push and pull carts in excess of forty- five pounds.

• 10 hour shift
