Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: WS
Expected Weekly Hours: 40
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $44.00 - $45.50 per hour
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating various artistic learning related assets that will be used to support the client’s business unit(s). If you are an artist who enjoys working with diverse groups of people on large scale projects that directly impact business outcomes, this position is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize design skills to create diverse graphic assets such as graphics, logos, animations, videos, virtual backgrounds, e-learning slides, etc. that will be used for internal and external audiences
- Create designs that demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Proactively work with cross functional client teams to solve conflicts between design and business requirements
- Meet hard deadlines for design deliverables
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design or related field preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role
- Experience with multiple graphic applications e.g., Vyond, Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign etc.
- Experience with animation and video editing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear, inclusive, and collaborative feedback
- Self-organized, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects with changing requirements
- Self-motivated to meet design deadlines
- Must have the ability to understand technology issues and communicate information effectively
- Demonstrated strong ability to remotely work well within a team environment, or independently; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work and interact effectively with team members from other disciplines, cultures, and organizations
- Ability to take initiative to ask questions, ask for help, or provide updates, without reluctance
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for working in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), Teams and SharePoint
Language Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the duties of the position.
Work Environment:
- The position typically operates in a standard office environment.
- This role may use standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
