Greeley Country Club is seeking an individual to work as an Assistant Office Manager in Greeley, CO. The Office Manager will help oversee the office administration, accounting, human resources and payroll needs for the course.

Responsibilities
- Collects, processes and ensures all human resource and payroll information is submitted timely and accurately. Updates online time keeping system for accurate payroll processing.
- Maintains appropriate employee paperwork in employee file Processes I-9 s on employee s first day and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Point person for employee inquires on club policies, procedures and payroll matters.
- Maintains the confidentiality of Company, employee and member information.
- Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and is responsible for maintaining the office equipment and internet services.
- Processes month end member billing and send statements to members on a timely basis. Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies as they arise.
- Collects, records and deposits all member payments. Reconciles member accounts.
- Completes general accounting functions such as daily close, deposits and member updates.
- Maintains invoice recordkeeping.
- Prepares weekly and monthly budget reports for corporate.
- Assists with member and guest lodging reservations, travel itineraries, and inquiries as needed.
- May be responsible for weekly club member email and monthly club member newsletter.
- Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
- Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
Qualifications
- Must understand general accounting principles and payroll processes.
- High technical aptitude; Proficient with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and time management skills.
Additional Details: M – F 9 to 5, PT or FT but prefer PT (25 – 32 hours per week). Salary is $16-$18 depending on experience.
