The Staffing Alliance is seeking full time Grounds Maintenance Worker that enjoy working outside completing grounds maintenance in Pembroke, NC!

Perks:

• Weekly pay!
• Monday thru Friday schedule from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM
• Pay: $14 per hour

General Responsibilities for Grounds Maintenance Worker:

• Using the trash tote and hand picker tp pick up trash on ground.
• Landscaping to include cutting grass, trimming and edging, mulching, weeding etc.
• Transport trash from trash tote to your open-bed pick-up truck and dispose of in the onsite dumpster or compactor.
• Operates trucks and small motorized equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements for Grounds Maintenance Worker:

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid NC Drivers License
• Be able to bend/twist at the waist and potentially reach above shoulder level.
• Be able to work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8‐hours in length or more.
• Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service
