Beztak is looking to hire a
Grounds Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the grounds keeping staff while also maintaining the physical condition of the property and grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
- Oversee grounds keeping staff to ensure high standards are always being met
- Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
- Always complies with company safety policy
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong initiative
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- High school diploma preferred
- Able to work flexible scheduled when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds
