Purpose of the Role
This role is expected to deliver high-impact outcomes for the Coca-Cola System by driving future forward transformations and challenge the status quo.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the Future: Analyze consumer, industry, and competitive trends to determine opportunities for growth and minimize disruptive risks
Partner with business leaders to prioritize and implement critical transformational initiatives
Network with Global OUs (Operating Unit) to incorporate best practices and expedite solutions development within NAOU (North America Operating Unit)
LRP- critical role in contributing to Long Range Plan and delivering on commitments
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and align, multi-year business transformation plan for NAOU, inclusive of bottling partners
Subject Matter Expert on marketplace trends to inform and build fact-based approach to competitive differentiation.
Cross-Functional team leadership to deliver against assigned projects
Candidate Profile:
Challenger- willing to use insights to provoke change and disrupt the status quo
Deep understanding of TCC, NAOU and external factors that will shape our future
Network leader, capable of leading and working across teams to deliver against key accountabilities
Prioritization- adept and focusing on the most critical work to shape the future and saying ‘no’ to any work that distracts from that mission.
Experience & Background
Bachelor's Degree in business related field required, MBA preferred
Change agent, experience driving significant organizational or business model changes, to deliver improved outcomes
Proven track record of change leadership and disruptive thinking
Outward-in thinker, ability to learn and apply marketplace insights, learnings from external sources to influence system change
Ability to work and lead across multiple functions to effectively complete and implement projects
Experience setting the agenda, dreaming big and making courageous choices
Influence ELT members to gain commitment and support for change agenda
