Job description

The Group Sales Manager to leads our group sales and drives sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing sales accounts, and building successful relationships with clients. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and managing the day-to-day activities of the sales department.

Salary will be discussed in interview process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to senior management.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and expenses.
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Be present at community events to be a brand ambassador for Experience Variety Group.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Group Sales Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Must be able to communicate with other Team Members and guest

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge and understanding of basic math

REASONING ABILITY

  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for a long period of time
