Location: This position will start training and working from home and will transition back to our onsite location in the future.

What will you do in this role?

As a Healthcare Sales and Service Representative on the Operations Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
• Educate client customers on cost saving benefits
• Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences

Who You Are:

As a Healthcare Representative, your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• 
  Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to use sales rebuttals
• At least 6 months of experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 20 WPM
• A passion for helping others
