Job description

· Provide Tier I and II levels of support for users

· Provide phone support, ConnectWise, and MS Teams, as required.

· Hardware and software support

· Prioritize and schedule work as necessary to maintain department service level agreements

· Escalate priority support issues to senior staff and/ or corporate technology groups (outside software application support)

· Develop positive working relationships with business lines and other departments

· Maintain and monitor the department mailbox

· Update and maintain cases in documents per SLA

· PC hardware and software procurement

· Copier support and coordination

· Phone set-up and support

· Application Support

· Basic networking skills and troubleshooting

· Wireless and remote connectivity troubleshooting

· Provide technical supervision on small projects.

· Write clear and concise technical documents.

· Adhere to department policies and procedures

· Basic understanding of Virtual desktop

· Create and maintain training documentation.

· Conduct training in a classroom environment and remotely using web-based clients.

· Perform all position functions and other duties that may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
