Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking for an experienced and motivated home care DPS, that is ready to oversee our clinical operations.

**Bilingual Spanish DPS preferred but open to exceptionally experienced, enthusiastic and motivated candidates.**

Salary Range:

$150,000-$200,000

Overview:

The DPS will develop, implement & evaluate all Clinical functions to market & deliver the clients services of the Licensed Home Health Agency. As well as support all non-clinical operations of the company.

Job Description:

• Responsible for oversight of the clinical operations
• Supervises the effectiveness and compliance of our nursing team
• Review and update agency policies and procedures as necessary
• Responsible for directing our QA/PI Program
• Oversees our HHA and PCA training programs

Duties:

• Responsible for the overall coordination of the clinical operation for the provision of quality care services for the company.
• Supervises & evaluates the nursing team regarding interpretation, implementation & compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations and joint commission standards.
• Oversees the employment, evaluation & termination of clinical branch personnel for the company.
• Interprets & assures appropriate utilization of agency policies & services
• Ability to participate in the required training program for our HHAs & PCAs

Requirements:

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State
• Must have 5-10 years experience in a RN supervisory role (DON, DPS) in a home care setting with QA/PI leadership experience
• Must be familiar & knowledgeable with current NYSDOH regulations, LHCSA's, and PIP
