The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will provide quality patient care by way of prescribed treatment to patients throughout the medical center. The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe and effective drug therapy treatments to patients, taking into consideration their age, condition and needs. The Pharmacy Specialist will make independent decisions using their extensive knowledge in pharmaceuticals and therapeutics.
