The Hospital Pharmacy Director will report to the Associate Pharmacy Administrator and will oversee an experienced team of Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, Clinical Staff Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Techs. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will be well supported by the entire Pharmacy Team while working in collaboration with Hospital Leadership, Physicians, RNs, and many other hospital staff to provide safe and quality patient care.

The Hospital Pharmacy Director will be responsible for all aspects of pharmacy operations which will include management and mentoring of pharmacy staff, developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, and overseeing the departmental budget. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will provide clinical support to staff and ensure timely, accurate, and safe patient care is being provided. In addition, the Hospital Pharmacy Director will train and educate pharmacy staff as well as provide medication and treatment education to medical and nursing staff.
