About Us:
Award winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of downtown Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making or modifying guest reservations
- Handling guest complaints and requests
- Checking guests in and out
- Adhering to Marriott's brand standard for steps of service
- Overseeing transactions, stocking and cleaning of The Market
- Assisting guests with their questions about area attractions, restaurants and directions
Requirements:
- Shifts range 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, as well as Night Audit 11pm-7am (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

- Previous experience is not required, however, must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
