Job Description:
Part-Time and Full Time Night Audit.
The Front Desk Team provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent first impression as well as maintaining all IHG brand standards. The Night Auditor will be responsible of settling accounts nightly, maintaining files, and resetting the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Essential Job Functions
Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
Prepare and distribute daily reports.
Audit and reconcile cashiers reports and trial balance
Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards.
Check guests in/out
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Acts as Manager on Duty and Guest Service Representative during the audit shift.
Position Requirements
At least 1 year prior hotel experience or night audit training preferred. Opera experience is a plus.
Must be able to work alone without supervision and work well with others.
Must have reliable transportation
Work schedule varies and includes working on holidays, and weekdays as coverage is needed.
Requires standing for extended periods.
