The award winning Berkshire Fairfield Inn & Suites Great Barrington by Marriott (Hotel) is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual who love assisting others just as much as we do. The ideal Front Desk Agent candidate must be able to multi task, work in a group setting and enjoy working alone, and be detail oriented. The qualified candidate will be responsible for administering excellent customer service, checking guests in and out of the hotel in complaince with Marriott's Standard, and be responsive to guests needs and requests.

Job Requirements:

• Must have good communication, phone, and hospitality skills.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and front desk area.
• Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests.
• You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Shift hours 11:00pm-7:00am . Days of the week to work can be requested as set days.
• Previous hotel experience a plus, but not required.
• Hotel is non-smoking to all associates while on property.
• Looking for candidates that live within approximately 20 miles of hotel.

• Great Barrington, MA 01230: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
