Worksite is located at 321 Commercial St, Portland, ME 04101.
Housekeeper
10 openings from 4/1/23 through 11/30/23.
Min 35hrs/wk, varies shifts; 8a-3p & 3p-10p.
Wage: $16.50/hr. OT maybe available over 40hrs/wk at $24.75/hr.
Clean guest rooms and public areas daily including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
Make beds and replenish linens.
Temporary/Full time
Monday through Sunday, Scheduled shift and work days vary.
Pay biweekly.
Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
1 month experience required.
Daily transportation to/from work is not provided.
On the job training is not provided.
No education required.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays & rotate shifts.
Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free.
No employee housing.
Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law bi-weekly.
Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week.
Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day),if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day),upon departure.
