Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the HR system, including recruitment, orientations, training, salary administration-overtime/shift allowance, leave management, medical claims, etc.
• Maintain & update personnel information, ensure strict confidentiality is always kept
• Maintain proper record of training activities according to ISO requirements
• Responsible for work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
• Assist the day-to-day office and factory security administration
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and Administrative related activities
  

Requirements

• Degree / Polytechnic Diploma
• Knowledge of Times Software will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year HR Generalist experience is advantages
