JOB SUMMARY:
The primary role of the HR Administrator is to identify programs including recruiting, information management, administration, compliance, and new initiatives as well as perform any other general HR duties for the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years in a Human Resources role focused on the recruitment of all levels of employees from entry-level non-exempt positions and ST/OT/PT/RBT recruitment, to Senior Leadership positions.
Must have knowledge of employment regulations.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
Knowledge of and proficiency in computer programs, i.e. e. Microsoft word, excel, adobe, and experience with database management.
Ability to handle confidential material.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
