Job description

* Update various databases, logs and schedules in an accurate and timely manner.
* Accurate and timely completion of special assignments of a general clerical nature, as requested by the Human Resources Department.
* Use HRIS - They use Dayforce but person can have other types.
* Send correspondence to applicants and others as requested.
* Scanning and electronically filing various documents.
* Accurate and timely completion of all overflow clerical duties as requested by the Human Resources Department.

Required Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
* Experience handling operator telephone
* Computer experience - Microsoft Word , Excel, Access
* Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Required Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
* Minimum 1 year computer experience including Windows, MS Word and Excel. MS Access a plus.
* HRIS experience
* Knowledge of filing systems and procedures
Background Required:
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Minimum 3/5 years experience in an office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
