Job Description:
Purpose: To support Hubspot system maintenance and operations across Meow Wolf’s service, sales, and marketing teams.
Location: WFH/ Remote friendly.
Compensation: Compliant to CO labor law, the salary range for CO residents is $45k- $65k. Compensation for candidates outside of CO may vary based upon location and experience.
The
Hubspot Admin will support ongoing operational needs, including system configuration, maintenance, user training, and troubleshooting across Meow Wolf. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and administering Hubspot software, specifically the Enterprise versions of Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. (Experience with Operations Hub is a plus.) The candidate should be comfortable creating cross-object Hubspot reports, have familiarity working with systems using APIs, integrations, and ETLs, and have strong skills with communication and stakeholder management. Other duties as assigned.
This is a project based position with an anticipated duration of 6 months.
You are instrumental in helping to shape and drive our marketing automation strategy that will ultimately elevate the guest experience.
How you will do it…

Troubleshoot user issues mainly during business hours (Mountain Time).

Liaise with Hubspot tech support and Customer Success Manager to ensure full functionality and optimum use of tools.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow errors and errors related to ETLs or other configurations.

Provide new user training and creation. Set up with default views and configurations.

Maintain permissions settings for users, teams, object properties, pipelines, inboxes, and reports.

Clean up data and defunct records. Use naming conventions to keep views and systems organized.

Work with Service and Sales teams to configure pipelines, properties, automations, and views according to team processes. Design, scope, and configure new systems as needed.

Create reports / dashboards for operations and sales teams as needed.

Stay abreast of changing Hubspot features and make recommendations accordingly.

Check in periodically with various operations teams to ensure that best practices are being followed.
To be successful in this role…

You are a Hubspot administrative expert with up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience configuring and using most aspects of the tool. Ideally, you have 2-3 years minimum experience working with Hubspot.

Understanding of operations processes and team needs and a willingness to listen and apply the best solution.

Good communication and project management skills.

Adept at learning new systems and applying solutions based on context.

Self-motivated, self-managing, adaptable to changing needs and taking on new tasks, and receptive to receiving direction.
