New employees will receive a $325 sign-on bonus following successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

• Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

A combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance. Experience in Human Resources is preferred. Qualifications include a high school diploma and three years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, office practices and procedures.

Summary Description: Under supervision, assists Director of Human Resources with the administration of day to day operations of HR functions and duties, including but not limited to, recruitment, new employee orientations and training, background checks and various reports.

Candidate must also be able to successfully pass an intensive background check.
