We’re seeking a future team member for the role of an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team supporting our growing Wealth Management business. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid/flex).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning to the assigned client group
  • Leverage expertise and collaborate across the Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Team and Workforce Support Solutions
  • Provide guidance and counsel to senior leaders within the Wealth Management organization regarding people matters, not limited to talent, compensation planning, performance management and employee relations
  • Ensure coordination, consistency, fairness, and engagement while influencing best practices

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 8 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR,
  • Typically 3+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated success in Talent Management, organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have experience with HR/people management systems of record
