PURPOSE OF JOB1
To conduct the day-to-day tasks of the Company's Human Resources (HR) operations by administering and directing the functions of employee relations, regulatory compliance, pre-employment screening, employee leave programs and maintenance of Human Resources related documents and information
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List of essential duties in order of importance, the interval in which the duty is performed (daily, monthly, annually, etc.), and the percentage of time spent on each duty.
Duty/Responsibility (in order of importance high to low)

Interval

1. Oversee the pre-employment screening functions

Daily

2. Process all leaves of absences and coordinate with department heads in order to provide weekly/monthly updates on leave status.

Weekly

3. Provide monthly reminders to department heads advising them of upcoming performance reviews

Yearly

4. Receive and process performance reviews for all KWEUSA employees

Yearly

5. Research, assess, determine and incorporate all newly enacted federal, state and local jurisdictions of employee and HR related laws, mandates and statues applicable to all Company locations.

6. Investigate workplace complaints brought forward to the Company

7. Assist management and employees with inquiries relating to HR

8. Create and revise HR policies and procedures

9. Recommend and incorporate strategies to advance the Company's HR functions and employee communications

10. Oversee the HR Projects
